# 6.4 DAO Management Council

The DAO governing council is formed from NAVA (navacoin) token holders whose balance is equal to or exceeds a certain amount. In addition, large token holders have certain privileges:

* [x] Access to closed chats with developers
* [x] Direct participation in the management of Nava DAO
* [x] Initiating votes
* [x] Maximum loyalty programs in internal products

*In addition to the management council, a separate forum/chat will be created for ambassadors whose token balance varies within a certain range. These users will also receive additional privileges and will be able to participate in initiating votes.*

**Regular users:** *discuss and vote.*

**Ambassadors/DAO Council:** *initiate proposals, make decisions, receive maximum privileges.*

#### Motivation for retaining tokens

*This mechanism provides an additional incentive to hold tokens and also eliminates the possibility of unauthorized voting, as large token holders have a direct interest in the company's qualitative development.*

• The more tokens a user has in their balance, the higher their status, and the more opportunities and preferences they have.

• If the balance of a crypto wallet belonging to a member of the management board or ambassador falls below certain values, they automatically lose access to certain privileges and are stripped of their status (board member/ambassador).
