# 6.1 Why DAO?

Decentralized organizations have already proven themselves to be transparent structures with the most equitable governance model. And although DAOs may face consensus issues when making key decisions, technological developments will contribute to improvements in this area, creating more and more reasons to abandon the outdated, centralized governance model.

> We strive to create a completely transparent, community-driven organization where every user can influence the future of the entire company. In addition, DAO is the most optimal form of governance, eliminating the influence of individuals (managers) or developers on the future of the project. After the Navacoin sale, all key decisions will be transferred to the DAO: now it is not the team, but the token holders who determine the future of the platform. Also, DAO mechanisms add real utility to the Navacoin token and ensure user involvement in project management.
